Common checks
Apple TV does not appear: confirm that iPhone / iPad and Apple TV are on the same local network and that Local Network access is enabled for Blissy Remote.
Pairing fails: select the Apple TV again and enter the four-digit PIN shown on the TV. If Apple TV is asleep, wake it first.
Now Playing does not update: Now Playing requires a detectable playback session on Apple TV. The metadata available can vary by tvOS app.
Blissy-specific features are unavailable: some advanced media, sign-in, and deep-link workflows require Blissy to be installed and configured on Apple TV.
